Aftermath Attends the Western Regional PLRB Conference in Sacramento, CA

Last week, Aftermath Services Client Services Representative Mark Livorsi attended the PLRB Western Regional Adjusters Conference in Sacramento, CA. The event was hosted by PLRB, the Property and Liability Resource Bureau. According the Bureau’s website, the organization’s purpose is to promote ongoing education for insurance adjusters and others in the insurance industry. They also offer members products and services that encourage “productivity and efficiency in, the property and liability loss and claim adjustment processes of members and the industry as a whole.”

Visiting the Show

The smaller size of the Western Conference allowed Mark to spend more individual time with the attendees who stopped by the booth. Several adjusters shared interesting stories, including their on experiences with biohazard situations. One even grabbed Mark’s attention by juggling the Giant Microbe plushies given away as prizes during the “What’s Bugging You?” game. While talking about the company’s services, Mark also passed out hand sanitizer, pens, cups, and informational materials.

Since the Orlando tragedy was on the minds of many attendees, Mark was often asked what Aftermath would do in a similar situation. “I assured them that we’d be on call and mobilize immediately to handle the cleanup. Our nationwide teams of technicians are capable of getting the job done fully, no matter the scope, and they do it with compassion and professionalism.”

Though conference hours usually end at dinner time, PLRB members continued to enjoy each other’s company well into the evening as they gathered in the hotel lobby bar. In addition to spending more one-on-one time with conference goers, Mark explored the nearby area in his off hours, including the beautiful parks and (of course) California’s native In-N-Out Burger.
