Voting is Underway for the 2016 Aftermath K9 Grant
For the last five years, Aftermath Services has sponsored the annual Aftermath K9 Grant as a way to help law enforcement offset the costs of creating and maintaining a K9 Unit. Along the way, we’ve expanded aspects of the contest to encourage community participation and involve additional agencies with existing units. This year’s contest is already in full swing and runs through October 31st, so be sure to vote every day for your favorite department! The voting form is located here. To read the full rules and details, visit the official rules page.
This Week’s Leaders of the Pack
Since voting opened at noon on September 30th, Aftermath has received hundreds of entries from departments across the US. Many fans have tweeted, retweeted, followed and liked our pages and posts, in the hopes of gaining more attention for their local departments. Others have shared great photos of their dogs and their fellow officers, who are excited and ready to take the winner’s circle! When you’re sharing, be sure to link with us by using the #k9grant hashtag. We love seeing your smiling faces!
