Our first priority is to help families, businesses, and communities in their time of need. We care for the customers we serve – from our compassionate customer care advisors to experienced field teams, we guide our customers through the cleanup process from beginning to end. If a customer is using business or homeowners insurance, our dedicated customer advocates will assist in navigating through the claims process so they can focus on what is truly important to them.
How Much Does Crime Scene Cleanup Cost?
The cost of remediating biohazards can vary dramatically from situation to situation, which is why we offer to come to the scene and prepare a no-obligation written assessment of our recommended treatment plan. Until we can see the situation, it is difficult for us to assess the severity and provide an accurate cost estimate. No qualified provider can provide an accurate estimate or scope of work sight unseen.
Will My Homeowner’s Insurance Cover Aftermath’s Services?
Every loss is unique and while we cannot make any guarantees regarding your insurance coverage, in most circumstances, residential homeowners insurance does cover our services.
Our dedicated customer advocate can guide you through the claims process, including providing emergency claim-setting assistance on your behalf. If there is residential coverage, we can provide, on your behalf, technical documentation and invoice directly to your insurance carrier.
Do You Offer Financial Assistance?
If there are no or insufficient third-party sources of funding for services, Aftermath offers a variety of flexible payment options. We can estimate your out-of-pocket expenses after reviewing the situation and preparing a written assessment of our recommended scope of work.
