WHAT IS THE Safety
and Training CONTEST?
Aftermath has a longstanding commitment to raise awareness around biohazard safety, particularly within the law enforcement community. We recognize that first responders work on the frontlines of active shooters, crime, and accident situations, where they regularly come in contact with blood and other biological materials. To educate and protect these first responders, we introduced the Aftermath Safety and Training Contest. Safety training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are among the most effective way to limit exposure risk and control the spread of bloodborne pathogens.
This year, Aftermath is expanding the Safety and Training Contest. Not only will departments be awarded safety kits (up to 100) for their officers, Aftermath will be awarding five departments up to $8,000 in total funds that can be used for a variety of safety and training equipment and programs, ranging from bloodborne pathogen awareness to active shooter training.Departments – Enter To Win
Additionally, individual officers and first responders can also enter to win their very own Safety Kits. Aftermath will be choosing 300 individual winners!Individuals – Enter To Win
