Aftermath utilizes all appropriate cleaning protocols to effectively remove and disinfect biological contamination during our remediation process. However, structural remediation entailing the complete removal of affected building materials may be required to ensure the health and safety of the homeowner and its occupants. This structural remediation may include removal of carpeting, wood flooring, tile, baseboard trim, wall components and other building materials. While we always return an affected area to safe occupancy conditions, some reconstruction work may be needed for complete restoration.
Aftermath has referral relationships with well-respected companies in your community who specialize in the restoration process. With your consent, we can arrange for a restoration specialist to meet with you directly after our work is finished to provide you a no obligation repair estimate. Our restoration partners are reputable members of the BBB (Better Business Bureau) committee and go through a rigorous vetting process to ensure you are receiving a service that exceeds the professional standard of care. These companies are well versed in the insurance process and can work with you and your insurance carrier to quickly and efficiently manage your claim.
