Ofc. Chris Shelly of the Stroud Area Region Police Department in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, the first-place recipient of the #WhyWeServe Grant. Congratulations, Officer Shelly!

Ofc. Chris Shelly has been awarded the first-place $5,000 service grant, which he will donate to the Olsen Christmas Wish.
